To be eligible for the JR Foundation JMac Scholarship, you must be a Blooming Prairie High School senior with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher planning to pursue a four-year degree. A letter of recommendation from a non-family member and a copy of your high school transcript must be submitted with this application. Please type your application responses.
The JR Foundation will be giving $2,000 each to both a male and female in the BPHS graduating class.
The winners will be announced at the Senior Awards Banquet and honored at the 2013 JR Foundation reception on July 20, 2013.
